We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard rentals, and 4–6 weeks for larger events or peak season (May–October). However, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — give us a call.
Yes! We provide full delivery, professional setup, and pickup for all orders. Our team handles everything with white-glove care so you can focus on your guests. Delivery fees vary by location.
Every item goes through our three-step process: thorough sweeping, deep cleaning with professional-grade sanitizer, and a detailed inspection. Items are cleaned before and after every rental, guaranteed.
Absolutely. While we offer curated packages for convenience, we love working with clients to build custom collections. Tell us your vision, guest count, and setting — we'll put together the perfect combination.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full refund. Within 7 days, we offer credit toward a future booking. Contact us to discuss your specific situation — we're always flexible.
We are happy to deliver tables and chairs to parks. Please note that we do not set up inflatables at park locations due to safety and insurance requirements. Inflatables are available for residential setups only.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due on delivery day. We accept all major payment methods for your convenience.
